Reps sell straight from van stock at the outlet: pick items, apply the customer’s price, take cash or book it to credit, and issue the document there and then. The classic lorry round, without the carbon-copy book.

The app is built for routes where the signal comes and goes. Everything is captured on the phone and syncs the moment there is coverage, so a rep is never stopped mid-visit by a loading spinner.

Does the Opernexa field sales app work offline?
Yes. The app is designed for routes with unreliable coverage: orders, invoices, stock movements and collections are all captured on the phone and stored locally. Everything syncs automatically as soon as the device has a connection. A rep can complete a full day out of coverage without losing a single visit.
Can reps print invoices in the field?
Yes. The app pairs with a portable Bluetooth thermal printer so the rep can hand over a printed invoice or receipt at the outlet. Where a customer prefers it, the same document can be shared digitally instead.
How does Opernexa reconcile van stock at the end of the day?
Stock issued to the van in the morning is matched against what was sold, returned and recorded as damaged during the round. Opernexa produces the expected cash from that and compares it to what the rep actually hands in. The shortfall or surplus is a calculated figure attached to the rep and the day, not a discussion.
Can reps collect payments against old invoices?
Yes. Reps can see each outlet’s outstanding invoices and ageing before the visit, take a full or part payment against specific invoices, and issue a receipt immediately. The customer’s balance updates as soon as the phone syncs, so the next rep to visit sees the true position.
Does Opernexa track where reps go during the day?
Opernexa records visits against the planned route, with the time and location of each recorded transaction. That gives you genuine coverage reporting — which outlets were visited, in what order, and which were missed — without turning the app into a surveillance tool.
